Demonstrated Experience
I have a strong business background initially working as the principal in my consultancy business and most recently with IBM as the country manager for their Asset Management division which is part of IBM's stragetic outsourcing organisation.
As manager of this division I successfully implemented business process improvements, met and exceeded annual cost reduction targets whilst ensuring that customer deliverables, service and expectations were maintained and . or exceeded. My achievements in the area of leadership were acknowledged by the organisation in 2011 when I received the Global CEO award for leadership, this was the second time I received this award having also received it in 2009 whilst implementing Global Best Practice across the Asia Pacific region.
