  • Work as a member of a large global team whilst managing  work load and deliverables on a day to day basis to meet project timelines and target dates

Demonstrated Experience


Business Process Improvement utilises all my skill sets resulting it the development of a more robust and efficient process without compromising customer and stakeholder experiences.  This new and more business environment also brings cost efficiencies to the organisation by the elimindation of waste and the standardisation of process.


My most recent experience is the implementation of Lean Six Sigma to the hardware and software areas of IBM's Asset Management outsourcing division resulting in cost effective standardised processes and improved management governance and reporting.
