Demonstrated Experience
As a business consultant strong verbal and written communication is vital in working effectively with stakeholders. During my professional careers I have utilised my communication skills to bring about successful completion of many projects including:
- City of Sydney Corporate Plan - a 300 page document detailing the strategic direction of all areas of the councils for the next 5 years, The completion of this document required consultation with all stakeholders, development of metrics and associated targets and written content.
- Presentation and development of materials at IBM's quarterly Asia Pacific Asset Management "All Hands" meeting -approx 650 attendees (both in person and via tele-conference link)
- Key contributor to Global Asset Management's online course materials regarding all aspects of Asset Management Life Cycle
- Business proposals and justifications (both simple and complex) for new business and new investment and project opportunities
